Vaughan & Blyth Ltd is a family run company started in 1949 and is currently being run by the 2nd and 3rd generations of the founders: Roland Vaughan, Jack Blyth and Clem Mellish.

The company started with small jobbing works progressing to contracting to the local authorities, working on schools and hospitals as well as many of Colchester and district’s large factories and businesses .

The present principle activity is building new traditional built houses and extensions: we have diggers and dumpers for the constructing groundworks.

We also have a portfolio of commercial and residential rental properties.
